Career guidance
for neurodivergent people

Helping unconventional minds to create satisfying

and prosperous livelihoods

Hello!

I help neurodivergent people, especially those with ADHD and AuDHD, to find direction, satisfaction, and empowerment in their careers.

I support people who think deeply and are brimming with ideas and talent, but who wonder if they’ll ever reach their potential, because patterns like this keep getting in the way:

  • Passionate and hyper-focused on something one day, but completely under-stimulated and bored by it the next.
  • Trapped in loops of overthinking and endless analysis, making it feel almost impossible to take the first step.
  • Getting off track at school, study, or work because your brain prefers to wander, imagine, and potter around.
  • Obsessing about systemic or ethical issues that no one else around you seems to notice or bother about.
  • Finding it a lot harder than others to get the boring things done or to get interested in mundane topics.
  • Feeling like you don’t fit in and struggling to find a sense of belonging and ease.

You know you have so much to offer, but too often find yourself going round in circles, without taking effective action. Your nervous system swings between understimulated and overwhelmed, and that sweet spot in between feels entirely elusive.

It leaves you feeling like an outsider in your own life and career, wondering if you’ll ever truly thrive.

But thank goodness for neurodivergent minds.

We desperately need our divergent, original, creative, and wide-lens thinking in a world that trains us to think in linear ways.

I am ADHD myself so I know exactly what it feels like to be trapped between your bubbling creative potential and the paralysing weight of self-doubt, indecision, and an inherent reluctance to do things the mainstream way.

As a qualified Career Counsellor, I am on a mission to help you find the direction and confidence you need. I am fully accredited with the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA).

I created this space to offer tailored 1:1 careers support, practical resources and guides to help inspire you in your vocation and career.

Young people and school leavers – individual sessions

Not sure what you want to do when you leave school or since finishing school? We can explore your strengths, motivators, interests and values and gain some clear ideas of the careers and pathways that will suit you.

Already working but feeling stuck ?

You might have been working or studying for a while and feeling stuck or unsure where to go next. We can look at your natural strengths and get an idea of your unrealised strengths too, so that you can expand your career horizons.

NDIS Participants

I also support people who are NDIS participants with vocational and career direction and with the essentials for seeking work, including resume writing, applying for roles, building skills and experience, study pathways and support, and interview skills.
